All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received 30 days before travel.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
- 15-30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
Health and Safety
Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline participation for safety reasons.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions for your safety, safari activities involve inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
